Do you have a sector focus?
We help entrepreneurs and investors transform challenges into opportunities. The companies we work with most often run B2B business models and are typically based in Europe. However, we are open to exceptions if the opportunity is compelling enough.
You say you also collaborate with investors?
Yes. Over the past year, many investors have approached us with challenges from their portfolios, asking if we can develop a mutual plan to turn those challenges into opportunities.
What are some typical challenges that you may look at?
This varies greatly, but we are open to any opportunity that combines an interesting deal with an interesting company. In the past, we have helped founders exit to industry leaders, supported mergers to enhance products or expand client bases, turned companies around from near bankruptcy, facilitated management buyouts, advised on critical pivots, and more. We always do this as an investor.
